Jason Addesso
MANAGING PARTNER & SHAREHOLDER
Jason was a member of the strategy and culture committee at his previous firm. His leadership of one of the largest Forensic, Valuation, and Litigation Support Groups led him to his journey with Veritas Forensic Group. He delivers clear, defensible, and results-oriented analysis, drawing on more than 20 years of specialized experience in matrimonial and commercial litigation support, business valuation, and tax consultation for estate, gift, and income tax purposes. He has also provided compelling expert witness testimony as a court appointed expert in sensitive and complex cases.
Jason’s practice spans a broad range of litigation and valuation matters, with significant experience in matrimonial disputes and complex commercial cases. He provides expertise in equitable distribution, cash flow and lifestyle analysis, diversion of assets, and valuations across industries including construction, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, real estate, healthcare, professional services, and retail. He is frequently engaged by attorneys representing high-net-worth individuals in divorce proceedings, while also advising clients in other high-stakes disputes where rigorous analysis and practical insight are critical to achieving favorable outcomes.
In addition to his litigation and valuation work, Jason is recognized for his ability to navigate complex tax issues that arise from marital dissolution and other dispute contexts. His experience includes valuing privately held businesses such as medical practices, real estate development companies, and service-based enterprises. Jason was a Manager in the Advisory Services division of a large regional accounting firm and also held a role in the tax department of a national accounting firm.
JUDY DOYLE
PARTNER & SHAREHOLDER
Judy Doyle, CPA/ABV, is a forensic accountant and valuation professional with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. She leads the firm's Matrimonial Litigation Practice and specializes in forensic accounting, business valuation and financial analyses in complex litigation matters.
Judy has been recognized as an expert witness and has testified in the Superior Court of New Jersey in several counties. She has also been appointed by judges in numerous matrimonial matters to serve as a neutral financial expert, assisting the court and counsel in evaluating complex financial issues.
Judy has extensive experience valuing closely held businesses and analyzing complex financial structures, including executive compensation arrangements containing equity-based incentives such as restricted stock units (RSUs), performance share units (PSUs), and stock options. Her work frequently involves investigation and reconstruction of financial records, the analysis of business and personal cash flow, and the presentation of findings through expert reports and testimony.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the AICPA.
She is an active contributor to the professional community and frequently speaks on family law and valuation topics at programs hosted by organizations including the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
